Job Summary:

The Field Service Engineer II provides on-site support and technical assistance with various products and equipment. Responsibilities include installation, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal functionality. The role involves analyzing failures, repairing or replacing components, and ensuring service meets quality and safety standards. The Field Service Engineer II also assists with customer training and documentation of service activities.

Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Maintenance:

  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain products and equipment on-site.

Customer Support & Training:

Salary Range:

This role provides critical support across multiple areas including general office administration, project scheduling, basic proposal generation, and accounts payable support.
